Why I do what I do?
• I am pastry Chef because I love the way sweets make people smile.

• I am a professional baker, confectioner, decorator and glacier.
• Mastering the fundamentals of French pastry.
As a child my grandmother shared her secret recipes with me and it was then I realized I want to become a sugar connoisseur. I got my Bachelor degree in hotel management to enhance my talent to be a professional pastry Chef then,
I traveled throughout Europe and North America. I have worked as a head pastry chef with 5 starts hotels. With my Red Seal certification, I am proud to defined my artisanship under their guidance. There is no better way to bring people together than with desserts! I bake delicious confections to share my love of baking.
